Billing
- Currency
- USD by card. Indian entities can pay in INR by UPI, card or bank transfer, with a GST invoice.
- Billing period
- Monthly, in advance. No minimum term.
- Plan changes
- Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
- Bandwidth overage
- Billed per TB at the rate shown in your dashboard. We email you at 80% of your allowance.
- Cancellation
- Cancel from the dashboard at any time. A full refund is available within 14 days of your first payment.

Pricing questions
Are the vCPUs shared with other customers?
No. Each vCPU is pinned to a physical CPU thread on the host and is not shared or oversubscribed. There are no CPU credits, so sustained load runs at the same speed as a short burst.
What counts as a managed database?
One PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Redis instance that we provision, configure, patch, monitor and back up. You can mix engines up to your plan's limit, for example PostgreSQL and Redis on Grow.
What happens if we use more than the included bandwidth?
Service continues normally. Additional transfer is billed per TB at the rate shown in your dashboard. We email you when you reach 80% of the allowance.
Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Indian entities can pay in INR by UPI, card or bank transfer and receive a GST invoice. Other customers are billed in USD by card.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free tier. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
How do plan changes work?
Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades apply from the next period. Monthly plans have no minimum term.
