1. Overview
This policy applies to everything deployed on or transmitted through 9live. It exists to protect our customers, our infrastructure and third parties. Violations may result in suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
2. Illegal and harmful content
You may not use the Service to host or transmit content that is unlawful in India or in the jurisdiction where it is accessed, including child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, infringing copies of copyrighted works, or material that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.
3. Security abuse
You may not attempt to access other customers' environments, probe or attack our infrastructure or third parties, distribute malware, run phishing operations, or use the Service for credential stuffing, denial of service or similar attacks. Authorised penetration testing of your own environment is permitted; please notify us in advance.
4. Network and resource abuse
You may not send unsolicited bulk email, operate open relays or proxies, run cryptocurrency mining, or use the Service in a way designed to circumvent plan limits or disproportionately burden shared network and storage resources. Dedicated compute is yours to use fully; shared components such as the edge and backup pipeline are not.
5. Deceptive practices
You may not impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, operate scams, or publish content designed to mislead users into harmful actions.
6. Regulated data
If you process regulated data such as payment card data, health records or financial data, you are responsible for meeting the applicable standards. Contact us before storing full payment card numbers; we recommend tokenised payment providers.
7. Reporting
Report abuse to support@9live.in with URLs and evidence. We investigate every report and respond within two business days.
8. Enforcement
We prefer to warn and work with you. For severe or urgent violations we may suspend first and notify after. You may appeal any enforcement action by replying to the notice.
