9live vs Hetzner
Hetzner offers some of the lowest prices anywhere for dedicated and cloud servers, and it's a good choice for teams in Europe with operations experience. It doesn't operate databases or deployments for you, and its nearest region to India is Singapore. 9live costs more per core and includes the operations, in Mumbai.

Questions
Why not rent a Hetzner server and run Coolify on it?
For a European side project, that's a sensible setup. For an Indian production application, you'd have higher latency, no data residency in India, and you'd be operating the database. The self-hosting comparison covers this in more detail.
Will 9live match Hetzner's prices?
No. Hardware in India costs more than in Germany, and our price includes operations. We compete on total cost, not on the server price alone.
