For workloads that need more than a single Scale environment: larger or multiple servers, additional regions, private connectivity or contract terms. Custom plans are priced individually after a sizing call.
What can be customised
- Hardware
- Whole dedicated servers, or several servers behind a load balancer, sized to your workload.
- Regions
- Replica or failover environments in Singapore or Frankfurt, alongside Mumbai.
- Private connectivity
- Site-to-site VPN or private peering with your office network or an existing cloud VPC.
- Availability
- 99.95% or 99.99% monthly uptime, with service credits defined in the contract.
- Access control
- SAML or OIDC single sign-on and an exportable audit log.
- Support
- A named engineer, a shared Slack channel and response times agreed in the contract.
- Commercial terms
- Annual or quarterly terms, purchase orders, NET-30 payment, invoicing in INR or USD.

Questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
Custom plans are usually annual. For the first term we can agree a quarterly commitment so you can evaluate the service before committing to a year.
Can you run inside our AWS or Google Cloud account?
No. 9live runs on our own hardware in Mumbai. We can connect to your cloud VPC through a VPN or private peering so services on both sides communicate privately.
Do you complete security questionnaires?
Yes. We complete vendor security questionnaires for Custom plan customers and can join a call with your security team.
Can we be invoiced in INR?
Yes. Indian entities are invoiced in INR with GST. We can also invoice a parent company outside India in USD.
