Questions
Is this MongoDB Atlas?
No. It is MongoDB Community Server, operated by 9live on our hardware in Mumbai. Drivers and query language are the same. Atlas-only features are not available.
Do you support Atlas Search or Atlas Vector Search?
No. For full-text or vector search, use PostgreSQL with pgvector and pg_trgm, or a separate search service on a Custom plan.
Can we run a sharded cluster?
Sharding is available on Custom plans. Most workloads under a few terabytes are better served by a well-sized replica set.
